New Beginnings
Every new beginning is hard. Some are harder than others. Starting a new company was no exception. But each challenge came with an opportunity, each obstacle with a lesson and each small success reminded us why we chose this path in the first place. But let’s start from the very beginning.
We started this journey with a clear vision and a deep sense of enthusiasm: to build a hub of tech expertise capable of transforming and growing businesses. From day one, our goal wasn’t just to offer services. It was to create a meaningful impact. We wanted to merge innovation with practicality, to help companies navigate complexity and to become the kind of trusted partner that elevates ideas into results.
Laying the groundwork
With four co-founders, each bringing unique backgrounds and perspectives, our initial portfolio of services naturally started wide. But very quickly, we realized the importance of sharpening our focus. So we did what we knew we could do best: we built compact, resilient teams capable of tackling any challenge with precision. From day one, we established our Data Solutions team. We consider this an essential pillar designed to support our partners’ growth through reliable, scalable, and insight-driven technology. Other teams (such as Web, Mobile, and QA) formed organically, growing in sync with the needs of our clients and the demands of our projects. Today, we can confidently say that the groundwork is laid, the foundations are strong, and we’re ready to grow further.
Building in Challenging Times
This year continued the global trend of reduced tech investment, particularly in areas not considered essential. While we saw promising momentum in the digital identity and manufacturing sectors, many “nice-to-have” domains experienced a noticeable slowdown. As a result, several strong ideas were left unrealized, not due to lack of potential but simply because they couldn’t secure the funding they needed. A number of these projects were ones where we were prepared to step in as technical partners. These opportunities, despite pausing, still hold promise for the future.
Even with these setbacks, our teams excelled in supporting our existing clients. We’re proud to share that we successfully completed five projects this year, with several continuing into the next year. This progress strengthens our belief that we’re on the right path and that continued investment will pay off as the market regains momentum.
Propelling the Fitness Industry Forward
This year marked a major milestone for Andrea360. What began as an all-in-one CRM and booking platform built primarily for fitness and wellness centers has evolved into a flexible system now trusted by a much wider range of businesses. Today, Andrea360 is actively used by gyms, wellness centers, pilates studios, barber shops, dental clinics, and other service-based businesses that rely on efficient operations and seamless booking experiences.
Growth in 2025 was tangible and measurable. Over the course of the year, we released 25 fully white-labeled mobile applications, now used by more than 20,000 members across different markets. On the infrastructure side, we completed enterprise-grade access control integrations, adding Hikvision alongside existing integrations with Gantner and Akuvox. These steps brought us significantly closer to our long-term vision of a fully automated, access-controlled, and digitally managed facility.
Equally important was the work we did with our clients. We spoke directly with more than 120 businesses through onboarding calls, support sessions, and product discussions. These conversations were instrumental in shaping a better product–market fit, helping us refine workflows, prioritize features, and build solutions that solve real, everyday operational problems.
Andrea360 also continued its geographic expansion. This year, we entered two new markets, Slovenia and North Macedonia, extending our presence beyond our existing regions and laying the groundwork for further international growth.
Commercially, the results followed the product momentum. Year over year, revenue grew threefold, while the number of active clients more than doubled. At the same time, the average subscription value increased by 50 percent, reflecting both the growing maturity of the platform and the increasing value it delivers to businesses of different sizes.
From a product and development perspective, the platform took a significant leap forward. We introduced online booking through fully white-labeled mobile applications, enabled multi-location businesses to operate unlimited physical locations within a single app instance, and allowed members to purchase memberships and services directly through the app. Business owners gained access to ten new analytical reports, a complete overview of expenses and revenues, and improved financial visibility across their operations. We also delivered a more robust push notification system to help businesses stay connected with their members, alongside notable UI improvements across both web and mobile applications.
Looking back, this year was not only about shipping features or closing deals. It was about building a stronger foundation – technically, commercially, and strategically. The momentum we have built sets a clear direction for what comes next.
And we’re not slowing down. With a stronger product, deeper market understanding, and growing international presence, our ambition for the year ahead is clear: to triple our current figures once again and continue shaping the future of digital operations in the fitness and wellness industry.
(Re)Branding
With the Eclept brand newly established, we dedicated significant effort this year to building a clear and consistent identity. Our goal has been to ensure that our values, mission and capabilities are instantly recognizable, so that anyone visiting our website immediately understands who we are and what we stand for. We are proud of the progress made and plan to invest even further in strengthening our brand in the year ahead.
Andrea360 also underwent a comprehensive rebranding process aimed at communicating that it is far more than a fitness CRM. The platform has grown well beyond its origins and our new website now reflects the full breadth of what Andrea360 offers.
Investing for the Future
This year, we focused heavily on strengthening both our people and our commercial efforts, laying the foundation for long-term, sustainable growth. We experimented with multiple sales approaches, refined our outreach strategy and built internal processes that ensure we are ready to seize new opportunities the moment they arise. Some of the paths we explored have already started to show results, validating our direction and our ambition.
But, as already stated, this is only the beginning. In the coming year we plan to take our investments even further, expanding our capabilities, deepening our expertise, and exploring new markets where our solutions can make a meaningful impact. We are preparing initiatives that will not only elevate how we operate internally but also create more value for our clients and partners.
Exciting developments are on the horizon and we are looking forward to sharing them with the world soon.
Giving back to the community
In 2025, giving back was an integral part of our journey. We supported multiple charities and NGO organizations through financial contributions and by actively participating in their events, believing that meaningful impact goes beyond business success. We also invested in the next generation of talent by organizing a three-month internship as part of the CybHER program, in collaboration with the British Council, offering hands-on experience and mentorship to young women entering the tech industry. In addition, we took part in Science and Innovation Days in Montenegro, where we shared our knowledge on digital identity and online fraud prevention with high school and college students, helping raise awareness about safe and responsible participation in the digital world.
