Over the last decade, Milan has helped companies move faster by focusing on what truly drives progress: tight feedback loops, smart technical choices, and product decisions grounded in real-world needs. Whether launching a new SaaS platform or guiding a large delivery team, Milan leads with focus and intent — always tying the work back to clear business outcomes.
At Eclept, Milan leads with a “product-first, outcome-driven” approach. He shapes solutions end to end, aligning delivery with business strategy, and making sure every feature earns its place. For him, it’s not about ticking boxes — it’s about creating clarity, velocity, and long-term value.
He works side-by-side with clients and teams to cut through ambiguity, structure ideas, and turn them into scalable architectures and working products. Before co-founding Eclept, Milan launched and scaled a new data division — combining data engineering, data science, and analytics. What started as an experiment quickly became one of the most strategic and high-potential units in the company, driving client growth and internal innovation.
Milan also brings a builder’s mindset to team leadership. He’s scaled teams across two countries, built new service lines, and led 130 engineers while keeping culture, mentorship, and high standards at the core. His goal? Fast, flexible delivery without compromising what matters.
