What will you be doing?

As a Data Scientist at Eclept, you will:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real business use cases
Apply, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for internal and client-facing solutions
Build scalable pipelines for data preparation, feature engineering and model training
Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, reliability and robustness
Implement MLOps best practices for model monitoring, versioning and deployment
Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to translate business needs into ML-driven solutions
Explore new methodologies, libraries, and ML techniques to push innovation across the company
Document models, experiments and results in a clear and structured way
Communicate insights, findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

You will stand out if you have:

2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar ML-focused role
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling and deep learning concepts
Hands-on experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Llama, etc.)
Proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Experience with data manipulation and pipeline tools (Pandas, NumPy, Spark, etc.)
Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Experience deploying ML models in production environments
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of MLOps concepts, CI/CD workflows and model lifecycle management
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into business value
Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile environments
