Data Engineering Intern

What will you be doing?

As a Data Engineering Intern at Eclept, you will:

Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes
Help prepare, clean, and organize data for various internal and client needs
Support the development of data models and documentation
Collaborate with senior data engineers on day-to-day tasks and project activities
Participate in team meetings, sprint planning and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
Learn and apply best practices in data engineering, cloud technologies and development workflows
Contribute to improving internal tools, scripts, or processes where possible

You will stand out if you have:

(No prior professional experience required.)

Basic knowledge of Python
Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
Curiosity about data engineering, cloud platforms and analytics
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
Interest in tools such as Airflow, dbt, Spark or cloud data services (a plus, not required)
Currently completing or recently finished a technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) – optional but beneficial
