As a Data Analyst at Eclept, you will:

Collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis and reporting
Build visually compelling and highly interactive dashboards, primarily in Power BI
Develop and maintain data models, ensuring accuracy, clarity and performance
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven recommendations
Monitor and improve report performance, usability and data quality
Create documentation, data dictionaries and reporting standards
Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc analysis
Contribute to improving internal analytics processes and best practices

You will stand out if you have:

2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
Solid understanding of semantic models, star schemas, and dimensional modeling
Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases
Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with other BI or analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data workflows
Ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a distributed, multicultural environment
Experience working in Agile environments
