What will you be doing?
As a Senior Business Developer at Eclept, you will:
- Develop, refine, and execute the company’s overall sales and business development strategy
- Identify new markets, customer segments and high-value opportunities
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth
- Lead end-to-end sales processes – from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with leadership to define revenue targets, KPIs, and go-to-market plans
- Establish and optimize outreach strategies, partnerships and long-term client relationships
- Represent Eclept at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
- Work closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and internal capabilities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to shape future strategy
- Create sales playbooks, reporting structures and processes that scale with the company
- Take full ownership of the business development function and act as a key driver of company growth
You will stand out if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships – ideally in IT, software development or technology consulting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and service-based business models
- Experience building and executing sales strategies from scratch
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and take full ownership of outcomes
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret market data and trends
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth companies or startups
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies
- Ability to thrive in a distributed, multicultural environment
